These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and public content of Hicks Channel Integration, Inc. ("Hicks Channel Integration," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website you agree to these Terms.

Website content is provided for informational purposes only. It does not create a client, advisory, agency, or partnership relationship, and it is not an offer to provide services on any specific terms.

Services governed by separate agreements

Pilots, services, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and the specific responsibilities of each party are governed by separate written agreements between Hicks Channel Integration and each client. If a written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls for that engagement.

No insurance advice or licensed activity

Hicks Channel Integration does not provide insurance advice, does not quote, bind, or sell insurance policies, and does not act as a licensed insurance producer. Our services support licensed producers at agency clients, they do not replace them. Licensed insurance activity is performed by appropriately licensed personnel at the agency client.

Client responsibilities

Agency clients are responsible for their own licensing, carrier appointments and rules, client approvals, consumer disclosures, and other regulatory and contractual obligations, except to the extent specifically assumed by Hicks Channel Integration in a signed written agreement.

Compliance and operational controls

Appointment setting and outreach services are subject to internal compliance review and operational controls, including script and disclosure review, training, do not call handling, opt out handling, and quality oversight. Some engagements may be sequenced or scoped so consumer contact workflows can be reviewed by insurance regulatory and TCPA counsel before live outreach.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or services, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, scraping at scale, or using the site or services in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including copy, design, logos, and underlying materials, is owned by Hicks Channel Integration or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, adapt, or redistribute the content without our written permission.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any specific business, revenue, appointment, close rate, or growth outcome. Results depend on many factors, including the agency client's team, market, product mix, and execution.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and any information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hicks Channel Integration will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the website or services. Our total liability related to the website is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us for use of the website. Liability for paid services is addressed in the applicable written agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless a signed written agreement between the parties requires a different governing law or forum for a specific engagement.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
