As part of services provided to agency clients, we may process consumer contact data supplied by, or generated on behalf of, those agency clients. In these cases, the agency is the controller of that data, and Hicks Channel Integration processes it to deliver the agreed services.

We use information to respond to inquiries, operate and improve our services, support compliance workflows, communicate with clients and prospects, and improve business operations.

Consumer outreach and TCPA aware workflows

Our appointment setting and outreach services are designed around TCPA aware calling and messaging workflows. That includes respect for internal and applicable do not call lists, opt out handling, honoring stop and unsubscribe requests, and consent based outreach processes. Scripts, disclosures, and consumer contact workflows are built for review by insurance regulatory and TCPA counsel before live consumer outreach.

We do not sell personal data

Hicks Channel Integration does not sell personal data.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as hosting, communications, and analytics providers), with agency clients whose data we are processing on their behalf, and where required by law or to protect our rights.
